This conversation was such a joy to listen to and I love this newsletter theme!

And I'm so excited you talked about herbs I've grown to love, lemon balm and hibiscus, which I use often but haven't looked much into their cultural & historical significance. And I've never worked with them fresh. I'm inspired, and hibiscus leaves in salad sounds so bomb lol. I'm excited for future episodes 🤍🌺

Yay, thank you so much for taking the time to listen and to comment. I made a salad with hibiscus leaves and arugula with all the fixings and it was delicious! The perfect balance of zest & peppery. Lemon balm and hibiscus together would be delicious too!
