Hello good people!

I’m jamming to Jessie Ware’s “Remember Where You Are” as I write this offering. It’s fitting for the topic of the day as I continue to lift up the plant of remembrance aka Rosemary. Today I am excited to share two great recipes that feature the powerful and blessed plant. On my latest podcast episode that was released last week, my friend and fellow herbalist

Marasia Simone
joined me in a beautiful discussion about rosemary and how the well respected culinary herb is impacting our lives beyond the kitchen. We also shared a dope playlist of songs that embody the lessons we are learning while walking with rosemary. If you haven’t had a chance to listen I encourage you to go back to last week’s archives and press play. The conversation was deep and rich.

The recipes that I am sharing today are external recipes for the body but their impact penetrates deep within the soul. I have my protective & fiery head rinse that is full of warm herbs that clear out any stagnancy in your mind and will ignite your inner fire. Marasia was gracious enough to also share a recipe for a bath that is full of calming and beautiful flowers. In our episode, Marasia shares how adding rosemary to her herbal baths helps ease her mind and return back to herself. Below, I also have a materia medica aka plant profile that provides more details about the benefits, energetics, and usage of rosemary. Enjoy!
